Shocking lack of communication.Take your money instantly then you wait weeks for your order...still waiting!

I purchased 2 notebooks and am disappointed with the quality. The paper is relatively thin and my fountain pen shows through, making the paper usable only on one side. At this price bracket I expected better quality. Paperchase customer services did make an effort to compensate me and offered a full refund for return of unused notebooks, but as I had already written something in them I received a partial refund and kept the notebooks.

Great selection on the website, easy to order and quick delivery.

Good choice of really nice cards. I always find what I want ...... But search criteria could be improved. I was looking for general birthday cards for adults, but had to look through age specific ones including those for children.

Card ordered on the Saturday night. Paid extra for fast delivery and it didn’t arrive on the Monday when it was needed. Would not recommend ?

Online at Paperchase was great. Easy to find the product I wanted and add it to my cart. Checking out was great too. Fast and simple.


I've used Paperchase for a long time, but this is the first time doing so via their website. The items arrived quickly and were well packaged, so no complaints with the actual goods.Their website, though, could use some work. Their search filters aren't intuitive or granular enough, so finding items was a frustrating experience. Something simple like "card" meant I had to look through all sorts of paper, notebooks, and more that weren't relevant. Definitely easier in store!

I love Paperchase's products and their postage was very quick.I have real problems with the website though - it runs incredibly slowly and often crashes, which crashes my whole browser. It puts duplicates in my basket when I only clicked add once, and I can't open a few tabs of different products to look through them and decide what I want because that also crashes my browser. As it is, I bought a large number of cards and still managed to get two duplicates I didn't want sneak through the order. I don't know what is running in the background that my normally very speedy laptop and Chrome can't cope with, but it really causes problems!Paperchase products are great, though, and I would recommend. Can't wait til we're back to some sort of normal so I can go in person again :)

Prefer to have received everything from one supplier. One item was not available but availability of products came after placing the order with no option to cancel order therefore paid a disproportionate amount or postage. Otherwise it was ok.
